The following is an example LaTeX document that includes many bells and whistles, such as headers and footers, graphics, and style overrides. Many of these I have codified in a style file, PNS.sty, which you may peruse to learn how certain things are done.
As practical advice, download the following files into a directory, and then run Ex01.tex through LaTeX. If that works, but reports that certain references were undefined, run it through again.
